15 Points on Immigration

The following rules would greatly reduce the problem faced by the Immigration Service:

1. Reduce the immigration to a trickle instead of a flood. None at all from Saudi Arabia, Afghanistan, Syria, Pakistan, Somaliland, Algeria, Morocco, Libya. , Lebanon, Yemen, Ethiopia or Iran --and I may have forgotten some such as China and India and Vietnam and Korea.

2. Require all aliens to carry an I.D. card, which must be entered into a computer at a U. S. Post office once a month. Failure to report in any month would subject alien to deportation.

3. Require on first entry proof of ultimate origin so that Afghans cannot go to Germany and become German citizens and then get in this country as the trickle of Germans we let in .

4. Mobilize one division of military police from the National Guard with the specific mission of locating all illegal Aliens in the U.S. and rounding them up for deportation.

5. Cease all issuance of student visas to any country and require students with current student visas to return to their country of origin on expiration of their visa or graduation whichever comes first. Revoke all near eastern student visas.

6. Stop issuance of all green cards.

7. Make revocation of bank charter for any bank cashing a check or forwarding money unless they are legal aliens or citizens. Class-three felony for first offense of knowingly hiring an illegal.

8. No Medicaid for illegals.

9. Intensive training of all Law Enforcement officers, national guardsmen, Immigration Service personnel in ethnic and racial Profiling ---it is the best deterrent in the world. We would have had five or six thousand more citizens if we had it in place last 11 Sept.

10. Pay a good wage to Airport gate guards --make them air line employees, and fire them or fine them if they get lazy.

11. Discourage international tourism for U.S. citizens and warn every traveler in writing with a chit they sign that if they are taken hostage we don't know them.

12 All captured terrorists would be surgically converted to functional female status and returned to Afghanistan to the Taliban in dresses (or rather shador).

13. Admit no pregnant alien women and require notification if any one gets pregnant and specify that children of aliens born in the U.S. are not citizens of the U.S.

14. Make acts of mass destruction, or planning such acts or attempting to commit such acts or conspiracy to commit such acts a felony of the first class under federal law.

15. Hire 2500 more Republican U.S. Attorneys devoted to terrorism cases. Get mean sons-a -bitches.

Those are a few of the steps I would take plus putting a Sky Marshall on every flight -armed of course- and a physical search of every passenger and every bag and everyone who services the plane. No bags fly unless claimed by a passenger and searched in his presence (or hers). These things they do in Israel and they don't have hijackings. If despite all of these things a plane gets hijacked you don't negotiate with the hijackers. You kill the whole bunch, ours and theirs. As far as the two Baptist missionary girls from Waco, they don't enter the equation---and if they get home they get put in the pen for six months or so for violating their exit visas and going to Afghanistan without U. S. permission; they went as Germans. Falwell be damned.

There are many more things I could do but It is making me mad to think about it.
