Man of Few Words
In the summer of 1882
the Khedive (head boss) of Egypt, Mohammed Tewfik, became upset with
the army of Egypt led by Colonel Arabi (I don't know why the Khedive
did not have generals because Col. Arabi led the whole army). In fact
he khedive decided to take care of the situation immediately and he
put out General Order Number One which is quoted in its entirety below:
L'armee Egyptienne
est dissoute'.
I would say that Tewfik
got to the point right away.
